Are you a recent engineering graduate looking to kickstart your career on major international projects?

Join a leading international technical engineering and construction partner delivering high-value, mission-critical projects across Data Centres and construction sectors. This is an opportunity to join a flagship project in Sines, working alongside experienced engineers and project managers on a large-scale, high-tech development.

This role offers a clear pathway into Project Engineering and Project Management, giving you hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle from design coordination through to commissioning and handover. This is more than just a junior role; it's a long-term career opportunity within one of Europe's fastest-growing technical construction sectors.

Your Role As a Junior Engineer Will Include:

• Supporting senior engineers and project managers with day-to-day project coordination
• Assisting with technical submittals, RFIs, and design documentation
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Supporting quality control, programme tracking, and reporting
• Attending site meetings and contributing to project delivery on site (5 days a week)
• Gaining exposure to MEP systems, commissioning, and handover processes

As a Junior Engineer, You Will Have:

• A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or Civil Engineering
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Interest in mission-critical projects (data centres / industrial / pharma)
• Willingness to be site-based and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Experience within engineering or construction
