Your New Role
We are looking for a Global SAP Senior Consultant to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP solutions across our international operations. This role will be instrumental in driving the standardization and optimization of finance and controlling processes through SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate with global and regional teams to gather requirements, configure systems, and ensure successful deployments of SAP solutions. As a senior expert, you will also provide guidance on best practices, support training initiatives, and contribute to the evolution of our global ERP landscape. This is a strategic role with both hands-on and advisory responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of SAP FICO modules across multiple countries and business units.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams to ensure alignment between system capabilities and business goals.
- Support global template rollouts, ensuring consistency and compliance with corporate standards.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SAP ecosystem.
- Guide and mentor junior consultants and key users across regions.
- Coordinate with external partners and system integrators to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
- Stay up to date with SAP innovations and recommend relevant enhancements.
What You Need to Succeed
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working with SAP FICO in a global environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial and controlling processes, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in international SAP rollouts and template governance.
- Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- SAP certifications in FICO or S/4HANA are a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
