YOUR NEW COMPANY
You will join an international industrial organization operating at a global scale, delivering complex, high-value projects for demanding clients. This is a highly client-facing role, requiring close interaction with international customers throughout the project lifecycle. You will operate at the centre of the organization, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across different functions and geographies (including Portugal and Northern Europe), while proactively identifying and mitigating delivery, cost and quality risks.
Although you will not manage a direct hierarchical team, you will lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix structure, playing a critical role in aligning stakeholders and driving successful project outcomes.
