Adecco Recruitment is recruiting for a prestigious SSC, based in Porto, looking for a Global Controlling Manager (M/F), fluent in english.

Responsibilities

Indirect purchasing budget set up. Coordination with business controllers, region controllers and purchasing Workstreams and regions.

Management of forecast (F1 and F2) 

Full year expenses closing.

Management of IMP KPI (x3), rework, template creation and update management 

EE economic performance reporting (XP consolidation XPXF). Management of the report, robustness checking, support to purchasing.

WW purchasing performance consolidation (Coordination with regions controllers)

Control of all purchasing performance declaration (EE Xp region) DOA L1 and L2

Audit of Saving declaration

Consolidation of KPI  IMP contribution to TPC (coordination with Supply chain controlling  

Consolidation of Capex KPI

Purchasing performance ROADMAP management (administration of the tool and function improvement (Excel )

Indirect purchasing measurement PROCESS OWNER (management and standard update)

APV TOOL  contribution to PUR/SRMP (powerBI Tool under development)

Management and consolidation of monthly APV report (with region controllers)  

Development to be targeted to automatize this point.

 

Profile

Experience in controlling and consolidation areas

Basic desktop skills (Excel advanced, powerpoint),

SAP, e-procurement system

Power BI as a plus

Knowledge of finance and purchasing environment preferable

 Agile, organized, rigorous,

 Capacity to manage transversally and to create Technical Specifications,

Capacity of analysis in complex environments, solutions oriented

English (mandatory)
