You are an incremental part of a global project enabling business success and making ZEISS fit for the future by establishing harmonized and standardized best practice processes in our sales and customer care departments.
Primary duties and responsibilities
- Understand and analyze global commercial processes in the sales, marketing, and customer care departments and other cross-functional teams
- Actively contribute and take ownership of project management for the roll-ins of our new Salesforce platform in assigned countries
- Mapping and Documentation of processes to illustrate adapted business processes
- Manage rollout of solutions and features within the countries in conjunction with country stakeholders
- Drive adaptation & measure effectiveness of end-to-end business processes in Salesforce using data-driven insights
- Provide expert guidance & business support to key users ensuring they are up to date with the latest developments & functionalities
- Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in our agile development tools
- Participate in planning and prioritizing our product roadmap
- Design and deliver comprehensive training for end users
Education / Professional Certification
Completed studies in the area of Business Administration, Business Informatics, IT or a similar area
Experience
2-4 years' experience in business process excellence projects as a business analyst or project manager particularly in area of sales & service
Profound experience in Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce is a plus)
Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Analytical skills and a high affinity for process and data analysis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in cross-functional and diverse teams
Proficient in change management, capable of driving change across the organization and bring enthusiasm for new technologies
