MISSION OF THE ROLE

As a German Customer service representative in this project, you will be responsible to maintain contacts with German customers and offer the option of hiring credit protection insurance related with the automotive sector.

This role is pivotal in enhancing our client's reputation, driving revenue growth, and enabling stronger market presence.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone;
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, etc;
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs;
• Data entry in various platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience;
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work;
• Native German proficiency;
• Experience in outbound campaigns is a plus.
