?The Role

We're seeking a Brand Manager to lead the development and expansion of one of our most exciting brands, Dallas Burger With our established locations in Lisbon, two more on the horizon, and an upcoming launch in London, this role is pivotal in solidifying Dallas's identity and steering its growth into new market. You'll be the strategic force behind the brand, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring Dallas to life .


?Your Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Design and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that brings Dallas's vision to life and resonates with our target audience.
  • Market Expansion: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, with a focus on the UK market, and tailor strategies for successful entry and growth.
  • Online & Offline Activations: Plan and execute brand activations, including events, partnerships, and collaborations, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Social Media & Content Management: Oversee Dallas's social media presence, ensuring content consistently reflects and nurtures the brand identity.
  • Brand & Marketing Content: Take ownership of the design and delivery of all brand and marketing materials-whether created in-house or in collaboration with external partners-ensuring alignment with brand standards. Collaborate closely with the Vida Plena Marketing team on day-to-day content execution.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure brand growth and engagement. Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies to optimize brand performance


What We Expect From You

  • 6-10 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the lifestyle or consumer sectors.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling brands into new markets
  • Native-level fluency in English, with a deep understanding of the UK market.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in brand design toos ( such as Figma or similar)
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexibility to be based in Lisbon or Brussels.

  • Immerse: Dive into the world of Dallas by visiting our Lisbon locations, understanding our brand ethos, and connecting with team members. Experience firsthand what makes Dallas unique and gather insights to inform your strategic vision.
  • Collaborate: Build relationships with key stakeholders, including the Dallas Operations team and Vida Plena Marketing & Design team to align on brand messaging and objectives.
  • Strategize: Analyze current brand performance metrics and market research to identify opportunities for growth. Develop a comprehensive brand strategy that encompasses both online and offline activations, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Activate: Plan and execute engaging brand activations, including events and partnerships, to enhance brand visibility and community engagement. Oversee Dallas's social media presence to develop compelling content that resonates with our audience.
  • Launch: Prepare for the opening of our new London location, ensuring every detail-from concept to execution-aligns with our brand vision and values
