Your mission:
You will be responsible for managing retention goal phone contacts with customers .
Customer support to ensure their long-term loyalty.
Advising customers on all services and offers.

Requirements:
Native or fluent German English (preferable)
Good communication skills
Contact center environment experience
Sales/ Retention experience
