Experience & Qualifications Criteria:

• Industry experience as an expat
• Ideal industries would be from FMCG, Food manufacturing, or Agri
• Knowledge of, success in and being an expert in business development
• Strong management experience with a solid track record
• Strategic mindset
• Operational experience managing the divisional managers in HR, IT, and Finance
