Description

• Coordinate the production, review and ongoing maintenance of regulatory fund documentation prepared by third party service providers, including PRIIPs KIDs, UCITS KIIDs, CCI disclosures, EMT, EPT and EET.
• Manage the client approval process, monitor delivery quality and act as the main point of contact for regulatory documentation queries from both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee the production, review and regular update of fund factsheets prepared by external providers, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery and client sign off while serving as the primary contact for related queries.
• Support a range of fund distribution and marketing activities, including data vendor validation, fund platform oversight and cross border passporting processes, while providing operational support to the wider Distribution team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, including Product, Compliance and Operations, and external partners.
• Coordinate communication across stakeholders, manage distribution related queries and ensure effective collaboration throughout all activities.
• Monitor the performance of third party service providers through quality assurance, issue resolution and service reviews, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels, contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Support the distribution workstream for fund lifecycle events, including launches, mergers, share class changes and fund closures.
• Coordinate updates to cross border registrations, maintain fund static data and facilitate communication across all relevant stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance, controls and operational efficiency across distribution activities.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives in collaboration with internal technology teams and external service providers.

Profile

• At least 3 years of experience within an asset manager, management company or a related financial services organisation.
• Practical experience in the production and review of PRIIPs KIDs and or UCITS KIIDs, including CCI disclosures.
• Solid understanding of fund distribution processes, regulatory disclosure requirements and investment fund reporting obligations.
• Experience working with data vendors, document production providers and fund distribution platforms.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to perform accurate quality reviews and maintain high standards of oversight.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines.
• Confident communicator with experience engaging directly with clients and a broad range of stakeholders.
• Collaborative and proactive approach, with strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
• Effective time management, prioritisation and workload planning abilities.
