Join a growing technology company operating in the events services industry, focused on building digital solutions that power large-scale, real-time experiences. You will be part of a cross-functional engineering environment where technology, product, and design work closely together to deliver systems used by hundreds of thousands of users.

 

Your New Mission 

You will be responsible for developing and evolving features across the full stack, contributing to a platform designed to support high traffic, real-time interactions.

Your work will directly impact system scalability, performance, and user experience, while allowing you to grow your role and influence technical decisions.

Your Responsabilities 

Develop and deliver features across the full stack, including backend services, APIs, and modern user interfaces

Participate in architectural decisions to support large-scale, real-time systems

Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to transform ideas into production-ready solutions

Implement automated testing and contribute to CI/CD pipelines to ensure high code quality and fast delivery

Take part in the platform’s roadmap, contributing ideas and improvements beyond day-to-day development

What You Need to Succeed 

Must Have

5+ years of experience in software development

Strong experience with Python and Django

Solid frontend development skills using JavaScript / TypeScript

Experience designing and consuming REST APIs

Strong understanding of software engineering best practices

Nice To Have 

Experience working on high-scale applications or real-time platforms

Exposure to event tech or similar high-traffic environments

Experience with mobile development (native or hybrid)

Knowledge of Redis, Celery, and asynchronous processing

Experience with Docker and cloud environments
