The Company Where You Will Be Working

Join a product-focused *software* development center responsible for building sales and post sales platforms, dashboards and internal digital tools. You’ll work in small, multidisciplinary teams, owning the entire development lifecycle.

 

Your New Mission

You’ll work with an agnostic tech stack, contribute to architectural decisions, apply TDD daily and collaborate through pair programming.

 

Your Responsibilities

Develop fullstack features end-to-end

Work closely with PMs, Designers e Engineers in small product teams

Apply TDD and pair programming as core practices

Contribute to clean, scalable architectures

Build cloud-ready solutions on AWS

Support continuous integration and deployment

 

What You Need to Succeed

Must Have

6 to 8+ years of software development experience

Strong backend and/or frontend background (Java, Node.js, React, Vue, or similar)

Experience with AWS and CI/CD workflows

TDD experience

Comfort with daily pair programming

Fluency in English

 

Nice to Have

Experience with Golang

Knowledge of event-driven patterns

Experience in product-oriented environments
