The role involves processing repair cases, managing contract-related activities, supporting customers and suppliers, and coordinating information across multiple stakeholders. Description

• Check and process Full Service workshop repair cases across multiple systems
• Manage Full Service fleet activities according to contract terms
• Process cost reinvoicing based on contractual agreements
• Coordinate information exchange between customers, suppliers, workshops, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate data within Schmitz Cargobull systems
• Support customers, suppliers, and colleagues regarding Full Service-related questions and issues
• Assist with contract activations and extensions when required
• Prepare reports on completed cases and operational activities
• Ensure a high level of customer service and process accuracy

Profile

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or business-related field
• Previous experience is not required; customer service or administrative experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent English is required
• German or any additional foreign language is considered a strong advantage
• Experience within transportation, trucking, trailers, spare parts, or related sectors is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, committed, and results-driven approach
