Adecco is recruiting a Front Office Assistant for a higher education environment with an international academic context. The role provides administrative and frontoffice support to students and internal and external stakeholders across the academic lifecycle. Responsibilities include student support services, academic administration, records management, and coordination with different areas, ensuring accurate information, efficient handling of requests, timely followup, and compliance with established procedures and confidentiality standards.

What You Will Do?
Welcome and assist students in a professional and courteous manner, adopting a problem-solving approach in all in-person interactions.
Provide in-person and email support to students and other internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely responses to their requests.
Supply clear and detailed information regarding the schools academic programs in response to inquiries from students and various stakeholders.
Manage requests through the ticketing system, ensuring responses are provided in a timely and efficient manner according to established procedures.
Ensure the proper handling, follow-up, and delivery of document requests submitted by students, in compliance with established deadlines and institutional standards.
Verify information and ensure compliance with administrative procedures related to academic studies, internships, and other academic processes as defined by the institution.
Update and maintain students personal and academic records in the schools academic management system, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all times.
Organize and archive student documentation, ensuring it is accurate, complete, and fully compliant with applicable institutional and procedural requirements.
Support enrollment, registration, and other administrative procedures related to the student academic lifecycle, coordinating with relevant internal areas when needed.
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordinated service delivery across all student support and academic administration activities.
Your Skills
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, demonstrating ability to manage inquiries, documentation, and stakeholder interactions professionally.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written), enabling effective communication with students and stakeholders in both languages in all required formats.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, allowing efficient preparation, management, and processing of documents and information in daily activities.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, supporting professional interactions and accurate coordination of multiple parallel tasks and requests.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information, particularly regarding student records, academic processes, and sensitive documentation handled in the role.
Previous experience in a higher education environment will be considered an asset, especially in positions involving student support services or academic administration.
