Your new role
As a Front-End Developer, you will integrate an experienced and mature team within the Digital Services Platform department, whose mission is to design, implement and maintain the digital infrastructures that power seamless online experiences for the organisation and its customers. You will be responsible for translating UX/UI wireframes into clean, functional web interfaces for the company's websites, ensuring the feasibility of designs and contributing to the reliability, performance and scalability of core digital platforms. This is a collaborative role that requires close partnership with both technical and business teams across a multicultural environment.
What you'll be doing
- Translating UX/UI wireframes and designs into high-quality web interfaces
- Ensuring the feasibility and consistency of UI/UX designs across platforms
- Developing and maintaining responsive web interfaces for mobile and desktop
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with business objectives
- Contributing to performance monitoring using tools such as Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse and Page Speed Insights
- Participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to continuous improvement practices
- Leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and knowledge work
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 4 years of professional front-end development experience
- Expert level in HTML5 and CSS3 (SCSS)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks such as React, React Native and Next.js
- Experience with templating systems (Liquid, Mustache)
- Experience with GraphQL
- Experience developing mobile apps using Flutter or Capacitor
- Familiarity with Node.js (Grunt, Gulp)
- Experience with testing frameworks (Selenium, Jest)
- Knowledge of SEO principles and Core Web Vitals
- Experience with source control tools (SVN, Git)
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
- Proficiency in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
Nice to have
- Experience with multichannel platforms
- Backend development notions
- .NET framework experience
- Python experience
