Your New Role
We are seeking a French-speaking Accounts Receivable professional to support financial operations for French-language markets within an international, structured, and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer accounts for French-speaking regions, ensuring accurate invoice posting, follow-up and reconciliation.
- Conducting proactive collections activities, contacting customers regarding overdue payments, and ensuring timely cash flow.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving disputes or discrepancies with professionalism and efficiency.
- Performing cash application, allocating incoming payments, and correcting mispostings when needed.
- Supporting month-end close activities, reporting tasks and audit requirements.
- Ensuring accurate and reliable financial data across ERP systems.
- Collaborating with internal teams across Billing, Credit Management, Collections and Customer Service.
- Generating reports and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
What You Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Good level of English, as it will be the main internal communication language.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, O2C or similar finance functions.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a structured approach to handling financial data.
- Confidence in communicating with customers and managing overdue account situations.
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar (highly valued).
- Academic background in Finance, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
