Main responsibilities :
Controlling & Reporting
- Monitor P&L performance vs. Budget, Forecast and Prior Year
- Prepare management reporting packages and variance analysis
- Support shortening of closing timelines and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
FP&A & Performance Analysis
- Participate in Forecast and Budget cycles
- Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making
- Perform detailed profitability and cost analysis
Business Partnering & Cost Control
- Monitor key cost drivers and overall cost performance
- Analyze variances vs. budget/forecast and identify underlying trends
- Partner with operational teams to improve cost visibility and support decision-making
- Support tracking of initiatives and ensure delivery of targeted savings / efficiencies
Systems & Process
- Work actively with financial systems (ERP, reporting tools, planning tools)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes, as well as master data maintenance
Qualifications :
- Minimum: Frequency in University in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
- Professional experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related role of at least 7 years in multinational environment
- Fluent English (mandatory) and French and Spanish is a plus
- Good MS Office knowledge, of which high-level in Excel is mandatory
- Team oriented in multicultural work environment
- Someone hands-on, proactive, enthusiastic, and with strong communication skills.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles and practices, with strong analytical, problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
