Main responsibilities :


Controlling & Reporting


  • Monitor P&L performance vs. Budget, Forecast and Prior Year
  • Prepare management reporting packages and variance analysis
  • Support shortening of closing timelines and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards


FP&A & Performance Analysis


  • Participate in Forecast and Budget cycles
  • Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making
  • Perform detailed profitability and cost analysis


Business Partnering & Cost Control

  • Monitor key cost drivers and overall cost performance
  • Analyze variances vs. budget/forecast and identify underlying trends
  • Partner with operational teams to improve cost visibility and support decision-making
  • Support tracking of initiatives and ensure delivery of targeted savings / efficiencies


Systems & Process

  • Work actively with financial systems (ERP, reporting tools, planning tools)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes, as well as master data maintenance


Qualifications :

  • Minimum: Frequency in University in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Professional experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related role of at least 7 years in multinational environment
  • Fluent English (mandatory) and French and Spanish is a plus
  • Good MS Office knowledge, of which high-level in Excel is mandatory
  • Team oriented in multicultural work environment
  • Someone hands-on, proactive, enthusiastic, and with strong communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of accounting principles and practices, with strong analytical, problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
