About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an international project within the financial services sector, supporting large-scale finance transformation initiatives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement and improve financial processes and systems, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements
- Design financial processes and accounting flows
- Contribute to the implementation of financial systems and interfaces
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Support testing phases (UAT, SIT) and validation processes
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and objectives
- Provide support to users and ensure continuous improvement of processes
Requirements
- +3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in Banking/Finance)
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting or financial processes
- Experience in projects involving financial systems or transformation
- Good understanding of data flows and interfaces
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with General Ledger / IFRS / Finance systems
- Previous experience in international environments
