F&B Management Internship 

• Assist in planning and implementing F&B concepts and strategies
• Support with scheduling, cost control, and inventory management
• Analyze guest feedback and suggest improvements
• Help organize events and promotional activities
• Gain insights into supplier relations and quality control
• Participate in internal briefings and staff training sessions

F&B Operations Internship

• Hands-on service in breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts
• Support in bar service or buffet setup
• Ensure smooth guest service and satisfaction
• Prepare and reset service areas
• Assist with hygiene and quality standards compliance
• Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping for seamless operations

Perfil do Candidato

• Languages: Fluent in English (main working language); ideally also German and/or Portuguese
• Field of Study: Tourism or Hotel Management, Event Management or similar
• Availability: Minimum 4 months (ideally 6 months)
• Passion for gastronomy, guest service and operational excellence
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Independent and structured working style
• Flexible and open to intercultural experiences
