The International Mobility Recruitment Department is dedicated to enhancing the mobility of IT professionals throughout Europe, facilitating the placement of talents in the various markets where it operates.

Position: Financial Project Management Officer

Location: Lisbon

Hybrid: 2 times a week at the client's office

Candidates must possess a valid work permit for Portugal

Mandatory Languages Required: French (Minimum C1) andEnglish (minimum B2)

We are looking for a Senior PMO with a strong financial background to support our team in Lisbon. This role is key to ensuring the financial and administrative coordination of our ongoing projects. If you're detail-oriented, process-driven, and fluent in French, this might be your next professional challenge!

Responsibilities:

• Validate and follow up on consultants' timesheets;
• Monitor and validate project-related invoices;
• Manage access requests and onboarding for new consultants;
• Provide financial and administrative support for project activities;
• Prepare reports to support project tracking and decision-making;
• Act as a liaison between international teams and local operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in PMO, project coordination or financial project control;
• Fluent in French (minimum C1) and strong command of English (B2+);
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and process;
• Proficient in tools such as Excel, ERP systems, or time/billing management platforms.
