Experis is recruiting a Financial Controller for a leading partner in the construction and real estate sector, a company originally established in Central Europe that has since expanded its operations to Portugal. This position follows a hybrid work model, with offices located in Alcântara.
| | | | Reporting directly to the COO, this professional will be responsible for preparing financial reports, variance analysis, and financial dashboards, as well as playing a key role in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts. The Controller will also provide support in internal and external audits, identify and mitigate potential financial risks, and actively participate in the development and implementation of financial projects that contribute to the ongoing improvement of the business. | | | We are looking for a professional with a degree in Management, Finance, or Economics (or a related field), and at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the construction or real estate sector. Fluency in English is essential for this position. Proficiency in Excel and TOConline will be considered a plus. We value analytical thinking, problem solving, great attention to detail, critical thinking, curiosity, interpersonal skills, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy. | | |
