• Integrate the Financial Department in the Controlling team;
• Report to the Head Controller.

Description

• Forecast and budget preparation;
• Analysing variances of actual versus forecast and budgets;
• Preparation of the monthly reporting and cash flow forecast;
• Review all external Accounting & Tax information;
• Participating at the external audits;
• Develop Financial Reports to the Head Quarters;
• Corporate Finance and Bank relationships;
• Follow up with Development and Construction teams regarding project's budget.

Profile

• Academic background in Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance or similar;
• Previous professional experience (minimum of 2 years) in a Controller position or Audit in Big 4 context;
• Fluent in English (mandatory);
• Experience with Excel (mandatory);
• Proactive, curious and dynamic;
• Good communication skills.
