Description

• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
• Monitor financial trends, identify variances, and provide insights to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with regional teams and subsidiaries to ensure accurate reporting and guidance on financial matters.
• Interface with internal and external auditors to address requests and support audits.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance accounting processes, ensuring documentation and compliance.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, ensuring deadlines and accuracy are met.
• Resolve complex accounting issues and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Profile

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or Chartered Accountant preferred.
• Brings 7+ years of professional accounting experience, including prior leadership of a finance team.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
• Possesses exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, able to multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and regions.
• Experience in international finance or shared service environments is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with a strong commitment to team collaboration and professional growth.
• Willingness and availability to travel to regional offices as required.
