This position involves managing accounting and financial reporting tasks within the Financial Services industry.

Principais responsabilidades

Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger records, ensuring completeness and compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS/Local GAAP);

Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations;

Support financial reporting processes, including preparation of management reports, statutory accounts, and consolidation packages;

Monitor, reconcile, and analyze financial transactions related to investment portfolios, management fees, carried interest, and fund-related cost allocations;

Collaborate with Fund Accounting, Portfolio Management, and Operations teams to ensure accurate reflection of investment activities in corporate books;

Prepare VAT, corporate income tax, and regulatory reporting in coordination with external auditors and tax advisors;

Assist in audit processes by providing required documentation, analyses, and explanations to internal and external auditors;

Ensure strong internal controls, contributing to process improvements and implementation of best practices within the Finance function;

Support cash flow monitoring, treasury tasks, and banking reconciliations;

Participate in system enhancements, automation initiatives, and finance transformation projects.

Perfil desejado

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field;

Solid knowledge of IFRS or other relevant accounting frameworks;

Experience in financial accounting within asset management, financial services, or audit;

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to interpret complex financial data;

Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills;

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments;

High level of integrity, organization, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
