At Adecco recruitment we are looking for GFSP Functional Expert - Project Manager who will integrate a SSC operation in Porto.

Responsibilities

Evolution of Reporting Process Management

• Manage the planning and follow-up committees
• Manage the Change Request with the Business and GFSP Teams
• Define the strategy of test
• Monitor/ensure the pre-tests
• Help the business to cover test and validation
• Communicate on evolutions

Project Management

• Define the project governance
• Define the key tools to manage properly the project with dedicated planning includomg the milestones and relevant reporting presentation
• Manage the different committees with the project stakeholders
• Communicate about the potential milestones delays and risks
• Monitor the execution of the planning and update it in real time
• Manage the global communication of the process
• Define and review the deliverables
• Ensure all the stakeholders approvals have been received
• Organize the trainings
• Monitor the change management

Competencies

• Good knowledge of Microsoft
• Solid background in HFM & Essbase
• Solid background in BI Solutions
• Project Management skills
• Service and Solutions oriented
• Ability to make decisions and to be autonomous
• Strong team spirit
• English business fluent
