Finance Service Coordinator distributes the financial resources of a company, is responsible for supporting the budget planning, and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company. Ensure effective coordination of finance operations, manage local compliance and reporting processes, and lead the finance team.
Description
Responsabilities:
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company ( invoicing, and other transactions)
- Support in the preparation of local management reporting
- Support in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for local company leadership
- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- Manage and develop the Finance Team (3 collaborators)
- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
- Support the preparation of the company's budget
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardization of processes using digital tools
- Collaborate closely with the Business Controller for strategic alignment
Profile
Education & Languages:
- Bachelor Degree or Master in Finance/Economics/Administration
