Your New Role

As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business, with a strong focus on accounts receivable, cash collections, and partner account management.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing cash collections and accounts receivable postings;
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date partner account statements;
• Performing account reconciliations, ensuring data accuracy and consistency;
• Analyzing financial data and supporting the preparation of ongoing partner finance reports;
• Supporting the monthly closing process, ensuring deadlines are met;
• Ensuring compliance with internal financial and accounting procedures;
• Acting as a point of contact for partner queries, ensuring timely resolution;
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in Finance Operations or similar roles;
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Proactive mindset, with strong ownership and critical thinking;
• Team player with the ability to work effectively across departments.
