This role leads the financial function of an industrial multinational group, overseeing controlling, accounting, tax and treasury. Acting as a strategic business partner, the position drives financial performance, governance and team development.

Description

• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis, including budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling
• Consolidate P&L and Balance Sheet planning information from product lines and operations
• Oversee Month End Close and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements and SOX controls
• Implement and monitor internal control systems and manage financial risks
• Drive cost control initiatives and identify efficiency improvement opportunities
• Manage cash flow and treasury forecasting, banking relationships, AP and AR analysis
• Coordinate internal audits and ensure timely resolution of findings
• Act as a business partner to senior management, supporting strategic decisions with financial analysis and scenario planning
• Supervise non-local tax returns, prepare tax streams and transfer pricing documentation
• Lead and develop a finance team of 5 people across accounting, tax, treasury and controlling

Profile

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Controlling and Finance roles
• Mandatory experience in industrial and multinational companies
• Mandatory team management experience, including talent development and performance management
• Degree in Economics, Management or similar
• Strong technical knowledge of taxation and financial reporting
• Experience working with SAP
• Knowledge of US GAAP is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, rigorous and deadline-driven
• High integrity, resilience and sound decision-making
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and conflict-resolution skill
