Your New Role

As the Finance Manager, you will lead the financial operations of the company, ensuring rigorous control, strategic planning, and the accuracy of all financial activities. You will supervise budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will manage a finance team, support decision-making with data-driven insights, and partner closely with senior leadership to drive sustainable business growth.

What You Need to Succeed

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial management, controlling, or similar senior finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of compliance, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and strong proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
