The finance and administration manager is responsible for accounting, finance, legal, general affairs and corporate secretarial matters of the company.
This is a cross-functional role in the financial area, requiring flexibility to handle more operational day-to-day matters as well as strategic vision for financial planning and reporting to the group.
Description
- Structure the financial area, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient procedures to guarantee the accuracy of financial information
- Prepare detailed financial reports with critical analysis and valuable insights for the group's growth strategy
- Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets and financial analysis statements
- Maintaining the company's general ledger
- Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and optimization opportunities
Profile
- University Degree in accounting, finance or similar areas
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance in an international company
- Being a Certified Accountant is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage accounting, controlling, planning, treasury, working capital, tax
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization and execution skills
- Effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English - mandatory
- Ability to identify key issues and creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges and/or obstacles
- Sound negotiation and conflict resolution skills
