We are working with a growing leading group, which is looking for a Finance Manager to join the team. This person, will work closely to the General Managers and the Group Administration, having a great understanding of the business.

Description

• Manage the financial areas, including accounting, control & reporting and M&A
• Ensure the support to the Board decision making process, by providing realiable and rigorous financial analysis
• Act as a point of contact between the General Managers of each business and the Board members
• Promote the continuous improvement of processes, supporting the growth of the Group
• Support the Board in the evaluation of strategical investment decisions
• Lead M&A processes, including Due Dilligences

Profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or similar areas
• Previous experience as a finance manager or similar positions
• Experience on M&A transactions
• Great knowledge of financial and analytical accounting, reporting and control and risk management
• Experience with ERP
• Fluent English
• Analytical thinking, with a strong orientation to problem solving
• Strong organization skills, with a great sense of responsibility
• Agile attitude, with the ability to multitask
