Descrição da Função

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is recruiting a Finance Controls & Process Analyst on behalf of a prestigious client located in Porto.

Responsabilities

  • Analyse, document and map existing business and finance processes using process mapping and workflow mapping methodologies.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities across operational and financial activities.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, flowcharts and process maps.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, controls and overall process performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
  • Support the design and implementation of business process improvements and process transformation projects.
  • Contribute to PMO governance activities, ensuring alignment with project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare PMO reports, status updates and performance metrics.
  • Assist in the development of business cases and recommendations for process optimisation initiatives.
  • Support the standardisation and globalisation of processes across different regions and business units.
  • Participate in operational excellence and process improvement projects, applying Lean and continuous improvement principles where appropriate.
  • Ensure that process changes are properly documented, communicated and embedded within the organisation.

Profile

  • Degree in Finance, Bachelor Accounting, Bachelor Business, Administration/Management or similiar.
  • Fluency in english (mandatory)
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP is valued.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
