Program Objective:

Welcome to our Food & Beverage (F&B) Internship Program! This program is designed to give you hands-on experience in restaurant service and hospitality operations. You’ll learn the ins and outs of creating amazing guest experiences, working alongside our team, and building the skills you need for a successful career in hospitality.

Duration:

The internship runs for 3–6 months, depending on your availability and program requirements. You’ll work in rotating shifts, including weekdays and weekends, to give you exposure to real-world F&B operations. Days off and breaks will be scheduled fairly so you have a balanced experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service & Experience

o  Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

o  Assist in taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

o  Handle guest requests and complaints with courtesy and escalate when necessary.

Restaurant Operations

o  Support daily restaurant operations, including table setup, clearing, and resetting.

o  Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house.

o  Assist in managing reservations and seating arrangements.

Food & Beverage Knowledge

o  Learn menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to confidently answer guest inquiries.

o  Assist in recommending food and beverage pairings.

o  Observe and participate in food preparation and plating (as applicable).

Team Collaboration

o  Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth service.

o  Participate in pre-shift briefings and team meetings.

o  Support colleagues during peak service times.

Compliance & Safety

o  Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.

o  Adhere to company policies and hospitality industry regulations.

o  Report any issues or hazards to supervisors promptly.

Perfil do Candidato

• Currently enrolled in an education program
• Able to provide an internship agreement
• EU Citizen or have a VISA
• Ready to Learn and have fun
