We are a growing real estate development company, and we're looking for a highly detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. This is a key role that supports all administrative, financial, and operational aspects of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Full bookkeeping oversight in collaboration with the company's accountant
• Handling contracts and legal documents in collaboration with the company's in-house lawyer
• Coordinating with our contractors - permits, licenses, and real estate documentation with local authorities
• Managing communications and processes with service providers, contractors, and consultants
• Maintaining precise documentation of comunucation with suupliers
What we're looking for:
• Demonstrated experience in office management, ideally in real estate / accounting / legal industry
• Strong skills in bookkeeping and financial documentation
• Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail - this is essential
• Comfortable working with legal documents (background in law or experience with contracts is a plus)
• Experience working with governmenti authorities and official procedures in Portugal
• Native-level Portuguese and fluent English (spoken and written)
• Proactive, independent, and highly organized
