About Our Client:
U.S.-based ultra-luxury cruise brand positioned in the premium global market. The company is recognized for its high-spending, well-traveled clientele and for placing culinary excellence at the center of the guest experience.
About the Operation:
Boutique fleet of vessels accommodating approximately 700 guests per ship. Each vessel features multiple refined dining venues, including specialty fine-dining and classic à la carte restaurants. Culinary operations are supported by a highly skilled international brigade working within a fully equipped production galley under strict financial, quality, and sanitation controls.
About the Role:
The Executive Chef holds full command of the culinary operation onboard
Perfil do Candidato
- Minimum 15 years experience in luxury hospitality
- Minimum 5 years experience as Executive Chef within an upscale cruise line
- Strong fine-dining background in multi-outlet environments
- Proven leadership of large multicultural brigades
- Advanced financial management capability (food cost, budgeting, forecasting, reporting)
- Solid USPH / HACCP compliance expertise
- Fluent English
- Valid STCW certification, C1/D visa, Seaman’s Book, and Medical Certificates (or willingness to obtain prior to embarkation)
