A fast-growing European group specialising in innovative solutions for thermal insulation, passive fire protection, acoustic insulation, and HVAC-R applications. The company is expanding its digital capabilities through a unified ERP system rollout across its branches. 

Your New Role

As ERP Project Manager, you’ll lead the implementation of a uniform ERP system across multiple business units. You’ll be responsible for project planning, stakeholder coordination, process optimisation, and change management. You’ll work closely with solution architects, program managers, and local teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Master’s degree in Applied Economic Sciences, Business Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing ERP projects
• Familiarity with ERP implementation phases and methodologies
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) or change management (Prosci) is a plus
• Knowledge of DevOps, PMO tools, and IT infrastructure
• Fluent in English and/or Dutch; French or other languages are a bonus
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel across project sites
