We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to integrate a multicultural team and work on transforming and streamlining our clients IT infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to align IT strategy with business goals and drive efficiency and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and design IT systems architecture in line with business strategies.
• Optimize information management by understanding evolving business needs and technology capabilities.
• Monitor systems to meet user needs and business goals.
• Manage risks associated with IT infrastructure and suggest cost-saving ideas.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and engineers.
• Lead training initiatives to improve employee knowledge for future growth.
• Research and provide insights on emerging IT trends.
• Ensure security, efficiency, and compliance of the architecture.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role.
• Strong background in IT strategy, business analysis, and IT infrastructure.
• Proven skills in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Experience with modeling and graphic representations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese (C1) and English (B2).

Location Lisbon (On-site with 30% remote flexibility)

Working Hours 900-1800 (includes 1-hour lunch break)
