What will be your mission?

 

As Banquet Waiter, you will be responsible for taking orders and serving food/drinks to our customers, providing them with an excellent experience.

What will you do?

 

• Carry out the 'mise en place' of the service and supervise the order and cleanliness of the point of sale.
• Greet customers, inviting them to sit down, advising them on the various products on the menu and taking their various requests (orders).
• Deal with any customer problems and helping to solve them as far as possible.
• Set up, take down and clean the tables according to the instructions of the person in charge.
• To know the menu of dishes and drinks, the ingredients and the preparation of the first ones; to be able to answer to the customers; to prepare the drinks.
• Carry out the food and drink service according to the set standards.
• Close the service according to the established procedures.
• Fulfil the environmental management responsibilities assigned by your immediate manager, take care to be familiar with the hotel's Environmental Management System and to participate proactively in improvement actions and suggestions.

What are we looking for?

 

• Good level of English.
• Knowledge of wines and cheeses.
• Training in hotel management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience.
• Service vocation.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with the ambition to exceed customer expectations.
