Descrição da Função

The B2B Email Marketing Specialist oversees and executes email marketing strategy for B2B products, that includes 3 channels: email, in app notifications, pushes.


He/she is responsible for: creating the trigger emails/notifications flow; planning and implementing email/push campaigns; managing subscriber databases; creating engaging emails/pushes; and analyzing email/push campaigns performance. The B2B Email Marketing Manager purpose is to effectively reach the target audience and drive customer engagement and sales through email/notifications/pushes communication.

Responsibilities

  • Creates the content for emails, notifications and pushes
  • Manages the translation of emails, notifications and pushes in all project languages
  • Ensures user-friendly email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
  • Designs and implements the trigger emails/notifications flow
  • Designs and implements emails/pushes/notifications promo campaigns and newsletters
  • Works with segmentation of customers database
  • Analyzes email marketing campaigns performance and suggests improvements
  • Reports on engagement, CR and sales metrics from email marketing efforts
  • Collaborates with other teams, such as content, design, development to enhance customer communication through email channels.



Qualifications


  • At least 2 year of relevant work experience as a Email Marketing Manager, CRM manager or Digital Marketing Manager
  • Experience in work with B2B segment will be a plus
  • Experience in working with HTML, CSS, CMS (content management systems), CRM (customer relationship systems)
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Knowing English language at least B2 level
  • Proven work experience as an Email marketing manager or Digital marketing specialist
  • Hands on experience with HTML, CSS, CMS (content management systems), CRM (customer relationship systems)
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology
  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools
  • The ability to create lifecycle campaigns
  • The ability to create and work with customer segmentation
  • Optional: Knowledge of French and German Languages will be an advantage
