The selected resource will be responsible for supporting end users of the e-commerce platforms, delivering assistance with a proactive, solution-oriented approach focused on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver user support through helpdesk channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues related to Bosch e-commerce systems
- Create, update, and share relevant documentation, including known issues, new functionalities, and upcoming deployments
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new users
- Assist users during testing phases to ensure smooth adoption and functionality validation
Required Competencies:
- Proven experience in end-user support (helpdesk), including technical documentation and testing assistance
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and workflows
- Background in SAP ERP SD (Sales & Distribution) processes - such as lead-to-order and order-to-cash - is a valuable asset
- Strong customer focus and adaptability in the face of change
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive attitude, able to work independently with confidence and clarity
- Proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken) and strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
