The Role

As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will act as a bridge between a cutting-edge financial platform and its users. You will be based on-site at our modern Lisbon headquarters, working in a multicultural environment that celebrates diversity and innovation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Transaction Support: Provide high-quality assistance to Dutch-speaking customers regarding payment processing, account balances, and digital wallet inquiries.
• Security First: Help users with security protocols, including two-factor authentication and fraud prevention queries.
• Multi-Channel Communication: Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Problem Solving: Investigate transaction delays or billing questions, providing clear and accurate explanations.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an expert understanding of the payment platform's features and services to provide proactive advice.

What You Bring

• Language Skills: Native or Near-Native Dutch (C1/C2 level) is essential.
• English Skills: A solid B2 level of English is required for training and communicating with colleagues from over 50 different nationalities.
• Location: Readiness to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, and a high degree of reliability when handling sensitive data.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or the financial sector is an advantage but not required-our world-class training program will teach you everything you need to know.
