Descrição da Função

We are recruiting a Senior Global Payroll for an international client in the healthcare sector,

who will take on advanced responsibilities in payroll management and provide

support to the operations of the Shared Services Center.

 

 

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing, time reporting, compensation management, and payroll

tax reporting.

• Lead and oversee the payroll centralization process within the Shared

Services Center, ensuring an effective implementation aligned with best

practices.

• Execute defined procedures and processes with accuracy and

completeness.

• Ensure deadlines and commitments are met, using manual procedures or

local, regional, international, or global systems.

• Verify data and perform procedural checks based on predefined criteria,

ensuring accuracy and quality.

• Use appropriate tools and equipment required for the role.

• Make decisions related to procedural checks, including situations where

outcomes are not fully clear.

• Seek support from senior team members when necessary and proactively

contribute to continuous process improvement.

• Investigate and resolve issues or exceptions, acting as a focal point for

specific types of resolutions within and across teams.

• Make decisions based on clearly defined criteria and escalate cases that

require senior validation.

• Evaluate options and obtain approvals for solutions outside established

parameters.

• Support the implementation of corrective actions.

• Ensure continuous compliance with internal processes, applicable

legislation, external regulations, and predefined agreements.

• Ensure all required approvals are obtained throughout the payroll process.

• Report noncompliance issues to management in a timely manner.

 

Requirements

• Academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in building and implementing a Payroll Target

Operating Model.

• Fluency in English (mandatory).

• Knowledge of French and German will be considered a plus.

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong numerical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid computer skills.

• Strong teamwork capabilities and excellent written and verbal

communication skills.

• Proven experience in international environments and Shared Services

Centers (SSC), considered a strong added value.
