Do you want to kickstart your career in finance, support for a leading trading platform while living in Portugal? Our client is looking for Dutch-speaking professionals to join a customer service team supporting a leading trading/crypto platform.

With a diverse team across multiple countries, they provide first-line support and technical assistance for leading international brands in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
What will you do?
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, chat, and email in Dutch.
- Provide support to users of the trading platform, including account setup, verification, deposits/withdrawals, and trading features.
- Assist customers with technical issues related to the platform, including login problems, transaction delays, and security concerns.
- Educate users on platform functionalities, crypto transactions, and best practices for account security.
- Investigate and resolve issues by collaborating with internal teams (technical, compliance, payments).
- Log all cases in the ticketing system and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate profile
- Native-level Dutch (C2) and good English skills
- Interest or experience in cryptocurrencies, trading, or fintech
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical queries
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Must have an EU passport or valid residence permit
