Job Title: Dutch-Speaking Remote Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote from Portugal

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote support team in Portugal. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely, friendly, and effective assistance via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information and support related to products, services, orders, or technical issues
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
• Follow established procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Native-level fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)
• Good command of English (for internal communication)
• Located in Portugal with the right to work
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Comfortable working remotely and with digital tools
