The Digital Workplace Project Manager & Team Coordinator will oversee the execution of digital workplace projects while managing and coordinating team activities within the technology department.
Description
* Leading technical Digital Workplace IT projects across the company in line with defined project management processes.
* Taking care of delegated local people-management topics for the Lisbon-based DWP team, including onboarding, day-to-day team matters and coordination with local HR.
* Analyzing and refining project ideas and technical requirements, and translating them into implementation plans, delivery specifications, and project activities in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
* Establishing and leading the project organization to ensure successful delivery in terms of scope, timelines, costs, and risks, including regular status and risk reporting.
* Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring effective communication across all project parties.
Profile
* You have at least four years of project management experience delivering IT projects, ideally in the financial services industry, supported by formal project management training or certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or a comparable qualification.
* You have a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies and current developments, particularly Teams and SharePoint.
* You have experience working in matrix organizations and coordinating across countries and functions, including delegated people-management and local team coordination topics.
* You communicate effectively with different stakeholder groups, including senior management.
