Role Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Optimization Specialist / CRO (CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) to drive the optimization of digital journeys and conversion strategies for B2B customers in the telecom sector. Based in Lisbon (hybrid model).
What you will do:
- Analyze traffic, behavioral data and sales funnels to identify optimization opportunities in the B2B digital journey
- Create, implement, and monitor A/B tests and personalization strategies across landing pages and email/SMS campaigns
- Design and optimize landing pages and product journeys focused on conversion and user experience
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar, and Adobe Target to track, analyze and optimize performance
- Develop and test marketing automation flows using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, analytics, product) to align strategies with business goals
What you are like:
- Academic background in Digital Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related area
- Solid experience with digital analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Familiarity with behavioral analysis platforms like Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity
- Proven knowledge of A/B testing and website optimization tools, particularly Adobe Target
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ease in cross-functional collaboration
- Proactive mindset, with a focus on results, continuous improvement, and innovation
