Description

Reporting to the Marketing & Communication Lead, this role will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing content for brand websites (WordPress) and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
• Planning and executing a content calendar, ensuring a refined and cohesive brand voice.
• Crafting high-quality copy in both Portuguese and English, tailored to each brand's identity.
• Overseeing email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp), including customer journeys and engagement roadmaps.
• Supporting the team with operational marketing tasks and ensuring the smooth execution of digital initiatives.
• Engaging with clients in the hospitality and engineering sectors, maintaining a professional and responsive approach.
• Handling basic design tasks (Adobe InDesign), such as reformatting and making quick adjustments to marketing materials.

Profile

• A digital-first mindset, with experience managing websites and social media.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work across multiple brands and projects.
• A refined aesthetic sense, ensuring all communications reflect the group's high standards.
• Exceptional writing skills in both Portuguese and English.
• Proficiency in Mailchimp for email marketing and customer engagement.
• Google Ads knowledge (a plus).
• Experience with Adobe InDesign for minor design adjustments (a plus).
• A proactive and agile approach, capable of working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
