Senior DevOps / SRE Specialist - Porto
We're looking for a Senior DevOps / SRE to build and scale the infrastructure behind high-performance trading platforms.
You'll design resilient, secure, and scalable systems, drive automation and CI/CD, and ensure reliability in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Working closely with Product, Dev, and QA teams, you'll play a key role in improving delivery, performance, and time-to-market.
What you'll do:
- Build and manage cloud/on-prem infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Own CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Work with Docker & Kubernetes at scale
- Drive monitoring, observability, and system reliability
- Mentor engineers and improve DevOps best practices
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in DevOps / SRE
- Strong experience with CI/CD, cloud, containers, and IaC
- Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash)
- Experience in high-availability or fintech environments is a plus
