This German company is a global leader in digital experience solutions. They specialize in web content management and digital experience platforms, serving industries such as luxury goods, fashion, finance, media, and manufacturing. 

Your New Role
Enhance and update our development platform utilizing Docker, Chef, and Terraform.
Manage the platform for our clients, implementation partners, and software engineers.
Develop and maintain self-service tools to offer CI/CD capabilities to customers and engineers.
Create and manage automation scripts and tools.
Design and implement processes and tools to monitor system health.
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
Educate others on platform usage and new platform engineering technologies.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Strong command line proficiency (Linux) and scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Experience with Infrastructure like Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Chef).
• Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda), Docker, and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMWare).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Nexus, GitHub Actions).
• Understanding of common web server technologies (e.g., Nginx, Apache).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
• Ability to quickly assess and resolve operational challenges.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Effective team interaction and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for innovation and technology.
• Experience in a modern agile software engineering environment.
