This position is part of the Global Infrastructure & Systems Operations team, that works closely with other central and local teams in developing and delivering endpoint solutions.
Principais responsabilidades
Windows Client OS and Software deployment automation and fine tuning
Review, testing and validation of software applications and packages
Client computer hardware evaluation and testing
Drive or participate in the study phase and evolution of new technologies and systems
Ensure standards and best practices are understood and followed in this domain
Create and maintain documentation and provide Level 3 support
Perform training for local and central IT operations teams
Participate and contribute to projects of other IT departments

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following competencies:
Ability to manage projects, work on own initiative and as part of the team
Competencies or special know-how in:
Extensive background in endpoint technologies (Hardware & Software)
Good understanding of IT Infrastructure core services (AD, GPO, Networking, Security)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Client Operating Systems
Very good knowledge of Scripting, preferred AutoIT
Experience with Desktop Management solutions, preferred Ivanti EPM (LANdesk)
Good troubleshooting and communication skills
Proficiency in English language: read, write, and speak.
Ability to communicate and work in international teams and show intercultural interest
